Ingredients
45ml Pimms
100mls Strawberry & Apple kombucha
100mls Ginger kombucha
1 Lebanese cucumber
2 Strawberries
5 Mint leaves
Lots of ice
Method
Fill a large glass with lots of ice
Add pimms and top up with both flavours of kombucha, stir to combine.
Place a long slice of cucumber down the side of the glass.
Place slices of strawberry on the sides of glasses for garnish.
Finely slice mint and sprinkle on top, stirring slightly to mix the flavour into the drink.
Fan a half strawberry and place on top for final garnish and top with more mint leaves.
